Potential college prospects: Michael Fellers

Schedule: Miami East opens with rival Milton-Union who it hasn’t beaten since 2001. Covington will again be the biggest CCC game. Of note, the Vikings have developed a nice rivalry with Tri-County North since joining the CC six years ago. The teams have split their six games.

Coach’s Quote: “Offensively we feel like we have good skill at the running back positions. We need some players to rise to the occasion up front on the offensive line to get our backs going. We will be very young and inexperienced at the QB position with only sophomore and freshmen candidates at the moment.”

“Defensively we need to replace three out of four starters on the line. Two out of four starters at the linebacker spots. One out of three starters in the secondary. But we have players who have lettered at those positions who received valuable experience last season.”
