One of the top juniors in the state of Ohio attended the Notre Dame
at Michigan game and committed to Brady Hoke and the Wolverines.

Junior running back/defensive back Dymonte Thomas (Alliance,
Ohio/Marlington) confirmed in a text message that he has committed to
Michigan.  Thomas did so while in Ann Arbor for the Michigan-Notre Dame
game on Saturday night.

Thomas committed to the Wolverines over scholarship offers from
Michigan State, Illinois, West Virgina, Tennessee, UCLA, Pitt and a few
offers.

Thomas has long had Michigan at the top of his list and gave Brady
Hoke the good news after Michigan’s win over the Fighting Irish.

The 6-foot-1 and 180-pound Thomas rushed for over 900 yards and 10
touchdowns his freshman year and over 1,500 yards and 16 touchdowns his
sophomore season.  Thomas has started at both running back and safety
since the beginning of his freshman season.

Thomas said the Wolverines have told him he could play either safety
or running back at Michigan.
