1. QB/Ath Jalin Marshall, Middletown

Considering:
Ohio State, Pitt, Cincinnati, Florida, West Virginia and others

The Skinny: Marshall was spectacular in his first year as a
starter. He already has offers from Pitt and Cincinnati and the Buckeyes
have indicated they are going to offer.

2. OL/DL Bill Price, Austintown Fitch

Considering:
Ohio State, Michigan State, Michigan and others

The Skinny: Price is very athletic for a 6-foot-4 and
270-pounder. He started at offensive tackle and played some defensive
end as a sophomore, and could play on either side of the line in
college.

3. TE/OL/DE Jacob Matuska, Columbus Hartley

Considering:
Ohio State, Notre Dame and others

The Skinny: Matuska is a talented athlete in a big body. He stars on the Hartley football and basketball teams.

4. RB/DB Ross Douglas, Avon

Considering:
Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Illinois, Iowa, Northwestern, Virginia, North Carolina and others

The Skinny: Douglas started six games as a freshman at
running back. He played running back and rotated in at cornerback his
sophomore season and could be recruited as an ‘athlete.’

5. OL Lovell Peterson, Huber Heights Wayne

Considering:
Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, West Virginia, Cincinnati and others

The Skinny: Peterson is drawing plenty of interest from recruiters and has already spoken with Jim Tressel and a number of other coaches.

6. QB Kyle Stahl, St. Henry

Considering:
Ohio State, Cincinnati, Notre Dame and others

The Skinny: Stahl is a fine athlete who was on the St. Henry
varsity football and basketball teams as a freshman. He has a great arm
and throws very accurately.

7. RB DeVeon Smith, Warren Howland

Considering:
Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan, USC, Alabama, USC, Alabama, Iowa and others

The Skinny: Smith has already been told by Jim Tressel the Buckeyes are interested.

8. QB Kyle Kempt, Massillon Washington

Considering:
Ohio State, Stanford, Pitt and others

The Skinny: Like Stahl, Kempt has a very strong arm. Once he got into the Washington lineup he became the man for the Tigers.

9. RB Dymonte Thomas, Alliance Marlington

Considering:
Ohio State, Alabama, Florida, Oregon, Cincinnati and others

The Skinny: Thomas is the cousin of OSU running back commitment Brionte Dunn. Thomas has visited Ohio State and will certainly be back again.

10. DE Taco Charlton, Pickerington Central

Considering:
Ohio State, Michigan State, Alabama, Cincinnati, Penn State, Iowa, Wisconsin, Notre Dame and others

The Skinny: The past couple of years the state of Ohio has
produced some outstanding defensive ends and the class of 2013 will
continue that trend. Charlton is a talented football and basketball
player.
