2011 JJHuddle All-Ohio Girls Basketball Teams

Today we’re proud to release the first annual JJHuddle All-Ohio Girls
Basketball Teams. The teams feature five-player first, second and third
teams and an honorable mention. There’s also be an “Also Receiving
Votes” section. 



Today we’re proud to release the first annual JJHuddle All-Ohio Girls
Basketball Teams. The teams feature five-player first, second and third
teams and an honorable mention. There’s also be an “Also Receiving
Votes” section.

The teams will encompass all four Ohio high school divisions and were
selected by a panel that includes the best in the business: Tom Jenkins
(Ohio Girls Basketball Report), Mark Lewis (ESPN HoopGurlz) and Dan Olson
(Collegiate Girls Basketball Report). A points system was used and a
player’s collective career was taken into consideration (i.e. high
school and club seasons).

Selection Panel:
Collegiate Girls Basketball Report – Dan Olson
ESPN HoopGurlz – Mark Lewis
Ohio Girls Basketball Report – Tom Jenkins

Voting:
– Each member of the panel selected their own First, Second & Third teams (5
players on each team)
– Each member of the panel also selected their own 10 players for
Honorable Mention
– Point system: 5 for 1st team; 4 for 2nd team; 2 for 3rd team, and; 1
for honorable mention
– Votes tallied with highest vote getters being placed accordingly. Votes
are in ( )
– Tie breakers were in a head-to head re-vote by the panel. Winners of
tie breakers indicated by a (+)
– In voting, panel considered high school & club performance and
collective career to date
