Piketon’s Legg headed to Rio Grande

Evan Legg (6’2/2011) point guard of Piketon High School has committed to NAIA school
Rio Grande University. Legg will go down as one of the all-time greats
in Piketon basketball history starting all 72 games through his first
three seasons as a Red Streak.




Evan Legg (6’2/2011) point guard of Piketon HS has committed to NAIA, Rio Grande University. Legg will go down as one of the all-time greats in Piketon basketball history starting all 72 games through his first three seasons as a Red Streak.



Legg currently has 954 career points along with 336 assists and 193 steals. Last season, as a junior, Legg averaged 21 points, five assists, four steals, and three rebounds per game leading the team to the district with a (15-7) record.



Legg helped lead the Red Streaks to a (24-3) campaign as a sophomore, which resulted in a Division III state semifinals appearance. He averaged 13 points and six dimes that season. 



The Piketon senior played his AAU ball with All-Ohio White and the Key Players.
