48. Erick Howard, North Canton Hoover, Football, 2006-2010: A standout running back, Howard ended his career as just the second two-time Mr. Football award winner (Robert Smith was the other). Howard also capped his career as the all-time leading rusher (6,013 yards) and scorer (478 points/79 TDs) in Stark County history. He’s the only Stark County player ever to have over 400 (404) career carries. The Vikings made the playoffs all three years Howard started and won two Federal League titles. Oh yeah, Howard led the Vikings defense this year with 102 tackles and caused four fumbles.
