Trailing 7-0 at halftime after Poland’s Kyle Filicky missed a 31-yard FG attempt right before the intermission, the Bulldogs rallied for 10 second-half points, including a 22-yard Filicky FG with seconds remaining in the game, to beat Hoban in a DIII, Region 9 semifinal matchup. With the win Poland takes on Cardinal Mooney in a regional final contest at Fitch Stadium in Austintown on Friday night.

And when Darius Patton intercepted this last Hail Mary pass attempt, Poland earned the right to play Cardinal Mooney for the first time ever.
