Interest in Bucyrus Wynford QB Brause picking up

The interest in Bucyrus Wynford quarterback Tyler Brause is
picking up.  Brause, who is out of the Tim Tebow mold, threw for 1,795
yards and 18 touchdowns during his junior season and rushed for 698
yards and 13 touchdowns.

Bucyrus Wynford star Tyler Brause is one of the top junior
quarterbacks in the Buckeye State. Interest from college recruiters is
steadily picking up for Brause.

Brause was Wynford’s starting
quarterback his sophomore year and also did his team’s punting and
place kicking. Brause also played safety during his junior season.

yards and 18 touchdowns and rushed for 698 yards and 13 touchdowns. Brause completed 55 percent of his passes and was intercepted just six times.

6-foot-5 and 220-pound Brause runs the 40-yard dash in 4.68 seconds. He takes some snaps under center and drops into the pocket. But Brause
runs Wynford’s ‘spread’ offense and reminds some of Florida Gator
quarterback Tim Tebow.

in and/or receiving mail from include Ohio State, Michigan State,
Illinois, Purdue, Alabama, Cincinnati, UCLA and Kansas.

and get to Michigan State. Ohio State is looking at my film. I went
to Purdue’s quarterback camp last summer.”

Brause has also been to two Ohio State games including the Ohio State-Penn State game this past season. 

“It was really nice,” Brause said.  “We went around the campus and walked around the stadium.”

asked to name the schools he is most interested in, Brause said, “Right
now I’d say Michigan State, Cincinnati, Ohio State and Alabama.”
