The JJHuddle message boards are the most active, viewed and in depth in Ohio. In addition to having a forum for every OHSAA sanctioned sport we also offer individual forums on college football, college basketball, college baseball, recruiting information, schedules, coaches/referee open dates and the ever popular sports trivia and info. Yes, we also have a cheerleading forum.

As for message board conduct, common sense applies. Click here for a complete description of the forum rules.

No level of athletics can match the passion and emotion created at the high school level among players, coaches, schools, communities and fans. JJHuddle is happy to provide message boards through which people can express their thoughts, observations, concerns and yes, criticisms.

JJHuddle prides itself on being a news and informational leader. Throughout the year Huddle writers and photographers bring you the best in media coverage on a regular basis. Website articles include game stories, features, columns, previews, photo galleries and more. We cover all state tournaments.

Companion publication to JJHuddle.com, Ohio High Magazine is written and produced by the same staff. Ohio High Magazine is the only publication of its kind in Ohio and is a high school publication that is a trendsetter in regards to appearance, editorial coverage and overall excellence.

The magazine is printed four times a year and special features include our high school football preview, high school football playoff preview, high school basketball previews for both boys and girls, high school wrestling preview, state tournament recaps, outside the box feature stories and Duane Long’s annual Top 100 high school football players.

Exclusive features of Ohio High Magazine are the OHIO HIGH CUP, presented annually to the high school with the best overall sports program based on points earned in OHSAA-sanctioned state championships across all sports, and the prestigious Huntington Bank-sponsored Players-Of-The-Year awards presented to outstanding boy and girl athletes in each sport. (See details below).

Subscriptions to Ohio High Magazine cost just $19.95. The magazine is also sold at various outlets statewide and retails for $6.95 per issue. Single copies are available online as well.

JJHuddle and Ohio High present an annual award known as the Ohio High Cup. Based on a point system much like the Sears Trophy for college sports, the Ohio High Cup rewards athletic excellence over the course of a school year to one school. Points are awarded based on finishes at the state tournament and all sports are included.

Past winners of the Ohio High Cup include: Versailles (2003-04), Cuyahoga Falls Walsh Jesuit (2004-05), Cincinnati St. Xavier (2005-06), Kettering Alter (2006-07) and Lakewood St. Edward (2007-08).

JJHuddle and Ohio High, in conjunction with the title sponsor Huntington Bank, award player of the year awards in every OHSAA sanctioned sport. Winners receive an award and appear in Ohio High magazine.
